NetSpend, a financial organization that specializes in prepaid debit cards, issues a routing number and account number with its cards so you can reload the card with money and use it repeatedly. To load the card from PayPal, simply link your NetSpend account to your PayPal account as you would any other bank account.
Link Your NetSpend Account
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click the "Wallet" button on the top tool bar.
- Choose "Link a Bank Account."
- Enter the account and routing numbers.
- Hit "Continue."
- Review the entered information and hit "Add Bank Account."
Verify NetSpend Account
To confirm your NetSpend account, PayPal will deposit two small payments into your NetSpend account; each payment will be less than $1. Log into your NetSpend account and get the amount of those two deposits. Log back into your PayPal account and choose "Wallet" to go to your bank account page. Click on the NetSpend account and enter the two deposit amounts to confirm your account.
