Natural Relief for Acid Reflux: Baking Soda & Vinegar Remedy

Got an upset stomach? Acid reflux acting up? Can't digest your last meal? No Alka-Seltzer in the house? Don't worry... I have a cure for you! And it's much cheaper than buying Alka-Seltzer!
Step 1
MAKE THE CONCOCTION -- Get a glass of water (not too much, like half a drinking glass full). Add about 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and stir. Now add about 1 teaspoon of vinegar. It should bubble up. If it doesn't, add a bit more baking soda and a bit more vinegar.
Step 2
WAIT FOR THE BUBBLES TO GO DOWN -- When this concoction bubbles up wait until it settles down a bit before you drink it. If you drink it while it's still foaming up you can get a very bloated feeling. So let it settle for about 5 seconds.
Step 3
DRINK THE CONCOCTION -- After your mixture settles down drink it! If you don't feel better in about 15 minutes make another brew and drink it. You may want to make it a bit stronger, like 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 tablespoon vinegar (I just vinegar in until it bubbles). If you don't want to use vinegar you can also use lemon juice.
