Cancel TrueCredit Trial: A Step-by-Step Guide (Sponsored by TransUnion)
TrueCredit is a credit monitoring service sponsored by TransUnion that invites new members with a free trial membership. To avoid a regular monthly fee, you must cancel before the seven-day trial period ends. If you cancel your free trial, you may sign up for a full-price TrueCredit membership in the future, but you only get one free trial in a lifetime.
Contact Customer Service
Call the Customer Service Team at 1-855-681-3196 at any time during the trial run. Customer service is available from 8 a.m. to midnight Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday through Sunday. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, TransUnion deducts the monthly charge from the bank account or credit card you used to sign up. You can use the same customer service number to cancel any other TrueCredit or TransUnion service. The TransUnion website does not currently offer any online cancellation ability.
