What is a suspect business insurance agency? It is an agency that is dishonest or unethical or engaged in practices that are unfair. If you are doing business with an agency that you believe is “suspect,” you should report them to the department of commission of insurance.
The types of agency that are suspect usually do not remain in business very long. This is because their suspect activities result them coming under investigation and being closed down by regulatory authorities.
