ADP Pay Stub: Access and Download Your Recent Pay Stubs
When your employer uses ADP as its payroll processing service, you have access to online tools that let you quickly find, print and save a copy of your last pay stub. This secure portal is called ADP iPayStatements. Access to your account is available 24 hours a day, which means you no longer need to wait until your next shift to grab a copy of your last stub from the Human Resources department.
Step 1: Get Registration Code
To register for ADP iPayStatements, you must have a self-service registration code. Your Human Resources department or payroll processing department will have this information. If a code was not provided to you when you first started your job, or if you have lost your code, ask the appropriate department for it.
Step 2: Register Your Account
After you receive your company's registration code, go to the ADP iPay website to register your account. As a new user, you'll choose the "Register Now" link and enter your registration code. After your company code is validated, you'll enter other information to validate your identity, such as your most recent pay date or Social Security Number. Next, you'll enter your personal information and create a password.
Step 3: Receive Username
Once you complete the registration process, a user name is created by the application and displayed for you. You need this username and the password you created to log into iPayStatements. Your username is also sent to the email address you provided during the registration process.
Step 4: Log In and Access Pay Stub
Log in to your iPayStatements account. Your pay stubs are listed in chronological order, with the most recent listed at the top. Click the link for the pay stub you want to view, print or save.
